It wasn’t until Robin was working professionally and she started dealing with a lot of stress, overwhelm and anxiety that she found Pilates.
It was in her first Pilates class when things really shifted in her as she learned how to connect to her body and the stored stress and emotions that she was holding inside. That became her mission to help others experience this as well!
Robin became a Pilates instructor and began teaching in gyms, fitness facilities, and studios.
But, she didn’t feel like she fit into the traditional fitness industry so she started blogging to share her “Grace Over Guilt” philosophy. That blog grew into a digital product that developed into her Pilates membership which has helped thousands of women improve their relationship with exercise!

How Pilates Has Helped Me Lose The All or Nothing Mentality Around Working Out!
We can go through a whole day not realizing the tension and the stress that we are carrying because we are completely disconnected from how we feel.
