As you may know, every year for the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale I scour the entire dang sale to hand pick only the very best of the best so you don’t have to go through hundreds of pages! Plus this is the best way for me to serve my audience, through my blog, since I rarely ever take on a new one-on-on styling clients these day!

Frame Le High Waist Distressed Skinny Jeans Sale $139.90, After Sale $210.00. This brand runs on the smaller side so if you’re between two sizes I recommend going with the larger one. I find this brand works best on those who are built more straight up and down. Friend, I’ve got some thighs and always have and this brand still works for me! Good American Good Legs High Waist Skinny Jeans Sale $112.90, After Sale $169.00. Available in Misses and Plus! This brand in particular is great if you often find that your waist gaps open if you’re fuller through the booty or you have a hard time finding skinny jeans that flatter and fit your gorgeous curves! AG Ex-Boyfriend Relaxed Slim Jeans Sale $149.90, After Sale $225.00 I’ve had a version of these jeans for over 7 years and they are a closet staple for me! Frame Le High Waist Flare Jeans Sale $146.90, After Sale $220.00 I HAPPILY paid full price for these jeans late last year and they will never leave my closet! They are the perfect slight flare without looking too “bell bottomed” like you’re going to a 70’s costume party although that would be okay with me because I love 70’s fashion! Do note that if you’re under 5’4″, you’ll lose a lot of the flare when you hem these. As a reference, i’m 5’5″ but more torso than legs and I lost a bit of the fullest part which got chopped up when I altered them. Rails Hunter Plaid Shirt Sale $99.90, After Sale $158.00 I wish you can FEEL this top because they are buttery soft, is so drapey in it’s super flattering fit and I own at least 5 of these which i’ve been collecting over the past four years. They will never go out of style. I know they are pricier BUT… they fit like a woman’s blouse, close to you body so it doesn’t look like you’re borrowing your husband’s boxy flannel. BB Dakota Revolution Drapey Bouclé Trench Sale $86.90, After Sale $130.00 This is the perfect cardigan coat sweater for those days it’s not quite chilly enough for a coat but too cold for a light jacket and will keep you perfectly warm without bulking you up while looking totally stylish. Something Navy Utility Blouse Sale $49.90, After Sale $79.00, I know there’s quite a few animal print options and tons more on the Nordstrom website but to me, it’s a classic neutral that never goes out of style. It just so happens that they are super fashionable right now but I promise it won’t last just one season in your closet. My uniform is a blouse and jeans and this is a must-have if you love that look too! This top also comes in black which I recommend.
