Create what you wish existed in the world… and start with you!

You’re not lost, confused or stuck if you find yourself in mid-life questioning just about everything from your business, love relationships, the quality of friendships, health, spirituality… every important area of being a human!

Evaluate all of it. Ask yourself what do you NO longer want or will tolerate?

What are you craving more of? Pause to think deeply about that so that you don’t continue to repeat patterns and behaviors that no longer serve you.

I’m at the beginning stages of my NEXT “reinvention tour”. It was the focus for the Baja Mexico retreat I just got back from.

I’ve reinvented myself before, it’s probably not my last and that’s a GREAT thing!

While there’s a ton of uncertainty right now, what I DO know is that I have more than enough acquaintances and transactional relationships in my life and businesses.

What I’m craving more of is a DEEPLY connected circle of trusted peers and friendships.

The kind where there’s no competition, no ulterior motives, zero jealousy, just “I love you, I support you, you’re a big f*cking deal, and let’s do great things together while we are here on Earth” kinda energy.

When the doubt creeps back in, I remind myself that the unknown is the realm of infinite potential only made possible by change.

So I’m leaning into this stage of mid-life not as a crisis but as a clear sign to trust my intuition and shake myself awake from floating through life.

I want my life abundant with purpose, intention and connections.

However you choose to reinvent yourself, whatever you come to realize, know this…

I’m in the thick of it. The gloriously messy middle with this topic of the mid-life journey.

The wild and twisty pivots, realizations, life giving experiences, WISDOM, all the hormonal changes along with the physical shifting (and working on REshifting), acceptance of this new chapter, fully discovering our voice, knowing what we DO want as well as saying heck no to the things we’re finally releasing especially the (unwelcomed) opinion of others and anything that has held us back in the past including ourselves.

Mid-life is just that. It’s only the halfway point. Be proud of where you are and who you are along with all the exciting possibilities of whatever is next!

Life Is Liminal.
Between two things.
When you’re mid-page turn finishing the current chapter before starting the next.
It’s that space between stimulus and response as Viktor Frankl has said.

Will you be brave enough to be open and vulnerable to invite whatever comes next?

Turn the fear of the unknown into a child-like curiosity?

This is where transformations take place. When you’re in the awkward messy middle and you find yourself back into the chrysalis once again.

That’s how it’s supposed to be. We’re not butterflies. We get to evolve many times throughout our lifetime if we allow it to happen.

Embrace it.
Welcome it.
